Terms & Conditions
We are quite liberal in our choice of films – you can submit a thriller, comedy, drama or any other genre – but we do have a few rules.
RULES

1

All entries must be submitted by the submission deadline, late submissions will not be accepted.

2

The total length of each film (including the opening and closing credits) must not exceed 30 minutes.

 

3

Short films of all genres are accepted, including feature films, documentaries, animations, experimental films, and more.

4

A non-refundable fee is charged for each film.

5

Entrants agree to authorize the Film Festival to use film clips, stills, movie posters, etc. for promotional purposes.）。

6

The shortlisted entries will be screened during the festival at no additional cost

to submit
